Taking advantage of the good weather I decided to go on location to practice my watercolour painting. Drawing and painting from life is invaluable and is the most effective way to improve your ability. I have always found watercolours to be tricky, naturally it wouldn’t be my medium of choice but the only way to improve is to practice. I went to Castletown in Celbridge to practice painting both man made and organic structures.
Mediums used were Uniball Ink pen & Winsor Newton watercolour palette.
